Legal Counsel – EMEA

About the role

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a proactive Legal Counsel to support its EMEA operations from Winnenden. Reporting to the Legal Director EMEA and dotted‑line to the VP Legal Affairs, you will provide daily legal assistance across multiple subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily legal support to companies across the EMEA region.
• Review, draft and advise on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service agreements.
• Participate in various business projects and legal roll‑outs.
• Draft legal documents for marketing campaigns and collate billing information.
• Assist with signing and closing procedures, prepare signature packs and execute documents.
• Conduct legal research as required.

Required profile

• Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with post‑qualification experience; law‑firm background preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international setting.
• Data‑privacy and competition/cartel law knowledge considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Proactive, business‑oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Organised, structured working style.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (plus).
