Management Accountant – Multi‑Entity & IFRS Expertise

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Management Accountant to oversee finance operations across multiple entities, including those regulated by the FCA. The role combines technical accounting with commercial finance in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated statutory financial statements under IFRS and tax computations for UK and German entities.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and produce monthly management accounts.
• Support treasury activities, forecast cash requirements and maintain liquidity.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring, and create reporting packs for the parent company and board presentations.
• Coordinate audit and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with FCA requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 4+ years of finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 10, 15, 16, 18) and multi‑entity, multi‑currency consolidations.
• Experience with statutory reporting for international subsidiaries, preferably German.
• Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to communicate financial matters to non‑finance stakeholders.
