Manager, Monitoring & Site Management

About the role

Alimentiv is seeking a Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of its Clinical Monitoring capability across Europe. You will provide structure, clarity and accountability for monitoring activities, ensuring high‑quality, compliant clinical work throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate European Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in delivering monitoring services.
• Develop and enforce policies, SOPs and quality standards aligned with ICH‑GCP and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee resource planning, performance management and compliance for monitoring teams.
• Act as the primary liaison with sponsors and research partners, representing the monitoring function.
• Drive continuous improvement, integrate new technologies and resolve sponsor/site concerns.
• Manage team engagement, ensuring functional areas are adequately staffed and motivated.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading clinical monitoring teams in a CRO or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to plan resources, manage performance and uphold quality standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with sponsors and internal partners.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
