Marketing Lead

About the role

betahaus is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand, community and member growth for its Berlin coworking hub. You will own acquisition funnels, run campaigns and collaborate with founders and European teams to strengthen betahaus as a leading startup community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing across brand, community and member acquisition for betahaus Berlin.
• Guide design and social media efforts, managing freelancers and agency partners.
• Develop and execute campaigns to increase coworking memberships, office occupancy, events and partnerships.
• Own acquisition funnels and optimise conversion across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Plan, launch and optimise acquisition on Google, Meta, SEO/GEO and other growth channels.
• Work hands‑on with HubSpot, CRM automations, lifecycle campaigns and reporting.
• Use data, experiments and customer insights to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with founders, community, sales and European teams.

Required profile

• Passionate about people‑centric, location‑based businesses.
• Combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on mentality.
• Data‑driven yet pragmatic, comfortable moving fast.
• Enjoys testing ideas, improving systems and making things happen.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Based in Berlin.
