Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing international digital health SaaS company. Based in Germany, you will focus on planning and executing high‑impact marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market, helping to strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for Norway, including webinars, events, partnerships and field‑marketing activities.
• Support visibility and growth of key products through localized campaigns and targeted communications.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of webinars and physical or virtual events, handling logistics, promotion and follow‑up.
• Maintain and optimise local web content such as landing pages, product pages and campaign‑specific materials.
• Deliver clear customer and prospect communications for product launches, feature adoption and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, support and central marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.
• Adapt and localise global marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology or healthcare environments.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and strong English communication skills.
• Self‑driven mindset, capable of working independently while aligning with broader marketing strategies.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams with sales, product and customer support.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of webinar tools.
