About the role

As a Mobile Engineering Consultant at Netlight in Berlin, you will help shape cutting‑edge software products and technical solutions for a diverse portfolio of innovative clients. You will work on native mobile applications, balancing technical excellence, user value, and business impact while enjoying the flexibility to choose projects that match your strengths and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS and/or Android applications in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric mobile solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and product strategy alongside clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools, AI‑enabled development, and best practices, sharing insights with peers.
• Participate in mentorship, coaching, and knowledge‑sharing activities within the Netlight network.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience building, shipping, and maintaining native mobile apps.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and product‑thinking mindset.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Willingness to work from Berlin or relocate there.
