Near Patient Nurse (Hybrid) – Stuttgart Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced hospital nurse to join our Near Patient Nurse team in the Stuttgart region. The role combines on‑site visits to local hospitals with remote coordination of international medical teams, offering a predictable schedule and no night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a clinical liaison between German hospitals and international stakeholders, ensuring continuity of care.
• Manage inpatient cases, monitor clinical quality, and produce accurate medical reports in English.
• Communicate directly with physicians, nursing teams, and patients in both German and English.
• Coordinate safe discharges, support patient understanding of diagnoses, and provide bilingual assistance navigating the German healthcare system.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers, contributing to quality assessments and network collaboration.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger) with at least 3 years of bedside experience in an acute‑care hospital.
• Active registration to practice in Germany.
• Fluent German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, independent work style, and confidence with digital documentation systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
