Officer Accounts Payable – Team Benelux (Hybrid)

About the role

Join BASF's Global Business Services team as an Officer Accounts Payable for the Benelux region. You will support the Accounts Payable and Freight Cost Management Department, ensuring accurate invoice processing for BASF Group companies across North Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Check, post and verify invoices for BASF Group companies.
• Clarify account issues and validate payment runs.
• Analyze automatically booked invoices and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimise the purchase‑to‑pay process.

Required profile

• Commercial business training or a degree in Business Administration.
• First experience in accounting and project work.
• Strong communication skills and openness to change.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
