Operator – Special Devices (International)

About the role

Mammoet is seeking an experienced Operator for Special Devices to join its European projects. You will work with cutting‑edge lifting and transport equipment, handling complex, high‑profile assignments that push the limits of heavy‑lifting engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, mobilise, operate and dismantle specialised lifting and transport machinery.
• Execute lifting and transport activities in line with project specifications.
• Collaborate with on‑site teams and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Inspect, maintain and report on equipment and materials.
• Adhere to the highest safety and quality standards throughout all operations.
• Travel on temporary international assignments across Europe.

Required profile

• Completed technical education or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Strong safety awareness and experience in project environments.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in dynamic situations.
