Partner Enablement Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a Partner Enablement Trainer to own the delivery of live training—both in‑person and remote—for our partner ecosystem across EMEA. You will ensure partners can confidently sell, implement, and support our products from contract signing through certification and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver live enablement sessions covering product knowledge, sales positioning, demo techniques, and implementation workflows for new and existing partners.
- Run partner onboarding programs from contract signing to certification, tailoring the approach for expert, reseller, referral, and ambassador partners.
- Track training completion, engagement metrics, and partner readiness; report outcomes to Partnerships and Launch stakeholders.
- Continuously improve training content based on live delivery feedback and maintain a feedback loop with the Partner Implementation Trainer.
- Build and maintain automated onboarding paths for low‑touch partner tiers, freeing capacity for high‑touch partners.
- Shadow Sales Engineers and Sales on co‑selling deals during the first six months to learn product positioning and objection handling.
- Observe trained partners in the field post‑ramp, feeding insights back into training material.
- Collaborate with Partner Growth Managers to ensure joint accountability for partner engagement after contract signing.
- Coordinate with Implementation Partner Managers for technical validation on complex cases and provide local‑language sales coaching support.
- Support onboarding of new Partner Development and Growth Managers on certification workflows and training tools.
- Present at partner events across EMEA, delivering sessions on product knowledge, sales positioning, and best practices.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in training delivery, partner enablement, sales enablement, or a similar customer‑facing training role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging live training sessions (virtual and in‑person) to external audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, product positioning, and translating technical product knowledge into actionable training.
