Partner Lawyer (Remote)

About the role

Spencer West is seeking a senior lawyer to join its international practice as a Partner. The role is fully remote and allows you to run and grow your own legal practice within a supportive, globally connected firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a client portfolio, delivering high‑quality legal advice across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with partners worldwide, contributing to cross‑border referrals and joint projects.
• Manage the business side of your practice, including billing, marketing, and client relationship development.
• Maintain compliance with professional regulations and uphold the firm’s standards of excellence.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of post‑qualification experience as a recognised expert in your legal field.
• Active practising certificate with no restrictions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and expand a practice.
• Strong client focus and ability to nurture long‑term relationships.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
