Pedagogical Consultant

About the role

As a Pedagogical Consultant you will combine hands‑on pedagogical consulting, training and onboarding with a strong commercial mindset. You will act as a trusted advisor for schools, municipalities and educational institutions across Germany, helping them accelerate their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality pedagogical consulting, onboarding and training for new and existing customers.
• Lead customer onboardings from a pedagogical perspective to ensure fast time‑to‑value and strong adoption.
• Design and deliver engaging onsite and online trainings tailored to customer needs and maturity.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with teachers, school leadership and administrators.
• Act as a pedagogical sparring partner for complex or high‑profile engagements.
• Develop exemplary courses, use cases and best‑practice scenarios within itslearning.
• Contribute to pedagogical documentation, training materials and internal knowledge sharing.
• Support sales and pre‑sales activities, including demos, pilots, tenders, workshops and events.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities linked to pedagogy, onboarding quality and usage maturity.
• Represent itslearning at customer events, conferences and trade shows in Germany.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to Sales, Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Background as a teacher, school leader, educational consultant or similar educational professional.
• Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and modern pedagogical approaches.
• Experience delivering trainings, workshops or consulting in an educational context.
• German at native level (spoken and written) and professional English.
• Commercial mindset and willingness to engage in revenue‑related discussions.
