About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Pizza Hero to join Milano Vice, an innovative food‑tech startup reshaping the pizza experience in Germany. In this hybrid front‑of‑house and kitchen role you will greet guests, recommend menu items, and ensure every visit feels memorable while also preparing and serving our signature products with speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Milano Vice pizza and related products with precision and adherence to food‑safety standards.
• Engage with guests, suggest menu items, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth workflow between kitchen and counter.
• Support a high‑energy, fun team culture that reflects the brand’s bold identity.

Required profile

• Clean and hygienic work habits.
• Strong team spirit and friendly, positive demeanor.
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility.
• Proficient English; German language skills are a plus.
• Driving licence is a plus.
