Portfolio Growth Lead – Drive Revenue for Property Managers

About the role

We're looking for a Portfolio Growth Lead (m/f/d) who will directly report to our VP Property Management. In this pivotal role you will design the growth engine driving all of our property managers' core business revenue. In the first 90 days you’ll be hands‑on across direct sales, partnerships and online marketing channels, and by the end of the first 180 days you’ll have a repeatable playbook. After a year you are expected to generate millions of euros in topline revenue growth for our companies across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Build a growth playbook from scratch, defining and running growth experiments.
• Own full‑cycle sales, from lead generation to signed property‑management contracts.
• Report directly to the VP Property Management and collaborate closely with C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C2) to communicate with local homeowners and portfolio companies.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for an on‑site role in Prenzlauer Berg.
• Willing to travel across Germany to work with local managing directors.
• Proven sales expertise, having built revenue from 0‑>1 for products or services.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and establishing the first growth playbook.
