Power Platform Developer

About the role

GDIT is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join the US Army Europe EMITS program in Wiesbaden, Germany. You will design and deliver business‑automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI for mission‑critical government projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create data visualisation and reporting solutions with Power BI, including dashboards, reports and visual analytics.
• Configure Power BI Service features such as gateway refresh schedules and row‑level security.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Dataverse data models, integrating them with Power BI.
• Perform data analysis, build datasets and data‑flows for self‑service reporting.
• Provide technical support and training to internal and external customers.
• Develop high‑performing, reliable and scalable solutions following Agile practices.
• Communicate technical details clearly to business and management stakeholders.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• DoD 8570 Level II certification.
• 4‑7 years of progressive experience in business intelligence or information management, including 2+ years in data visualisation.
• Experience in a client‑facing technical role and working in Agile environments.
