Procurement Manager – Civil Engineering & Construction

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for large‑scale logistics and industrial construction projects across Europe. Reporting to the Group Director of International Procurement, you will support the full procurement lifecycle from development through operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil engineering and construction projects.
• Plan procurement aligned with project timelines, budgets and operational goals.
• Lead tender preparation, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract awards.
• Manage purchase orders and support project teams during development and refurbishment.
• Build and maintain supplier and contractor relationships across Germany and Europe.
• Negotiate commercial terms and monitor supplier performance.
• Apply cost estimation and quantity surveying expertise to budgeting, benchmarking and cost control.
• Analyse market pricing and procurement efficiencies to inform commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in civil engineering, construction, logistics or industrial development.
• Proven experience with real estate or infrastructure projects.
