Project Manager – Busbar Deployment (Data Center)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end busbar deployment projects within high‑performance data centre environments. The role combines technical oversight with stakeholder coordination to ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from kickoff through handover, managing schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Act as the central liaison between clients, internal engineering/BIM teams, subcontractors, manufacturers and commissioning agents.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, progress reviews and technical coordination sessions.
• Supervise on‑site installation activities, monitor quality of execution and ensure HSE compliance.
• Resolve operational challenges and align design intent with field execution.
• Coordinate commissioning activities, prepare testing and validation, and manage final documentation and client acceptance.
• Drive project close‑out and post‑project reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on complex electrical infrastructure or data‑centre projects.
• Strong background in LV/HV electrical distribution and busbar systems; experience in data‑centre environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multi‑disciplinary stakeholder groups.
• International project exposure preferred.
