Project Manager / Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Content Manager to lead marketing initiatives for innovative financial‑technology products in Germany. The role blends operational project management with strategic content creation, working fully remote with cross‑functional, internationally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the end‑to‑end marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, product launches and educational initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate multi‑channel marketing campaigns, aligning product updates, promotions and platform announcements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, legal, operations and design stakeholders to define timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Monitor execution, identify risks or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee content production workflows, from briefing and creation to review, approval and publishing.
• Write, edit and publish blog articles, newsletters, educational material, website copy and platform communications.
• Ensure all content meets accuracy, compliance, SEO and brand standards.
• Prepare performance reports, campaign summaries and documentation for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in project management, content management or marketing operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced, product‑driven or regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of trading platforms, financial‑technology products or digital assets.
• Excellent written English with strong editorial skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms for content publishing.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
