Project Manager – National & International Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex national and international projects within our Project Management Office. The role involves integrating and further developing project control, managing project acquisition and tender processes, and actively supporting innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, interdisciplinary projects across Germany and abroad.
• Integrate and enhance project control mechanisms within the PMO.
• Oversee project acquisition, tender preparation and management at national and international level.
• Drive innovation processes and contribute to digital transformation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining or related field).
• Several years of professional experience in construction, mining or a similar sector.
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary, large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative, customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Familiarity with Arriba or comparable project‑management applications.
