Publisher Relations Manager – France (Berlin)

About the role

Audible is seeking a Publisher Relations Manager for its French catalogue, based in Berlin. The role will lead negotiations and partnership development with French‑language audiobook and book publishers to expand Audible’s spoken‑word offering for French‑speaking audiences across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality relationships with assigned French publishing houses and book publishers.
• Structure, initiate and conduct negotiations for audiobook acquisition deals.
• Support European content acquisition teams by negotiating with various right‑sholders according to business needs.
• Serve as first point of contact for external requests and handle administrative and project‑related tasks, including business reviews.
• Analyse performance data, market trends and business drivers to guide catalogue expansion.
• Collaborate with local European and global Audible teams to create synergies across Publisher Relations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in publisher relations, content acquisition or similar negotiation‑focused roles.
• Strong understanding of the French audiobook market and publishing ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
