QA Documentation Specialist – 1 Year Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

About the role

This 1‑year fixed‑term position supports Quality Assurance operations within a highly regulated healthcare logistics environment. You will work closely with pharmaceutical, biotech and clinical research clients to ensure documentation complies with GMP/GDP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage controlled documentation in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support GMP/GDP compliance across all QA processes.
• Coordinate change controls, deviations, CAPAs and document reviews.
• Maintain SOPs, policies and quality records in an audit‑ready state.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in QA documentation within pharma, biotech, clinical trials or healthcare logistics.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP regulations.
• Proven ability to handle controlled documents, deviations and compliance processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
