Remote IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Remote IT Technician to deliver technical support to users across a virtual environment. The role involves diagnosing issues, configuring systems, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services while working entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
• Maintain user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and document incidents and resolutions.
• Assist with hardware maintenance, network support, and system updates.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple support requests independently.

Required skills
