About the role

Prolific is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join its Domain Expert pool and help train cutting‑edge AI models. You will work remotely, completing short, paid tasks that involve reviewing and rating AI‑generated clinical responses.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated answers to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model outputs and justify the selection of the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.

Required profile

• Current, active registration as a nurse (license in good standing, board certification where applicable).
• Recent clinical experience with confidence in evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short eligibility screener.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer, and a PayPal account for payments.
• Self‑employed status and willingness to self‑declare earnings.
