Sales Director – DACH Region

About the role

Dynamic Yield, the data‑driven personalization platform of Mastercard, is seeking a Sales Director for the DACH region. You will lead the expansion of our Retail & Commerce portfolio across Germany and Central‑Eastern Europe, building relationships with top‑tier digital and retail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑business development and manage senior‑level, C‑level relationships with major retail and commerce brands.
• Own regional pipeline, forecast revenue, and report against targets for the CEE Retail & Commerce segment.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
• Close large, complex, multi‑market deals while maintaining a strong hunter mindset.
• Collaborate with Mastercard account directors, product, legal, implementation and customer‑success teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Develop and communicate a clear regional sales strategy aligned with growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the retail, commerce or digital‑payments sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture C‑level relationships.
• Strong track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Detail‑oriented, goal‑driven and comfortable working under pressure.
