Secondary School Art Teacher (m/f/x) – Bilingual German/English

About the role

We are looking for a passionate secondary school teacher to deliver art lessons in a bilingual German‑English environment. The role starts on 1 September 2026 and involves planning, preparing and delivering lessons primarily in English while supporting students' overall personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging art lessons for secondary students.
• Prepare and deliver lesson materials in English.
• Mentor and guide students, providing formative and summative feedback.
• Communicate student progress regularly with parents.
• Participate in professional development activities and school initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant pedagogical qualification (e.g., fully qualified teacher, PGCE/QTS, 2nd Staatsexamen or equivalent) with practical teaching experience.
• Native speaker of German or English with a good command of the other language.
• Willingness to develop professionally and support children holistically.
• Enthusiastic, inspiring and creative attitude.
