Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to join a remote, freelance project that builds realistic consulting scenarios for advanced AI systems. You will translate real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments that help AI models develop high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design detailed consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Create discrete, structured tasks that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the consulting content integrates smoothly into the AI training pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready presentations under tight deadlines and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
