Senior Designer – Creative Content & Imagery Specialist

About the role

RAPP Berlin is seeking a Senior Designer to lead creative content and imagery for the Mercedes‑Benz brand. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with the Global Content Team, the Mercedes‑Benz Global Content Hub, and multiple discipline hubs across 33 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑level design projects while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Develop and deliver visual work that meets brand guidelines, budget constraints, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative partners, core departments, and clients, presenting concepts persuasively.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI‑driven tools, and apply them to enhance creative output.
• Maintain obsessive attention to detail throughout the design and retouching process.
• Produce channel‑agnostic designs for both digital and offline marketing formats.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing photography and visual storytelling.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and inspire junior team members.
• Experience working with global brands and a willingness to experiment with new creative approaches.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in image retouching and photography.
• Knowledge of generative AI (GenAI) tools and their application in design.
• Strong understanding of typography, graphic design principles, and production processes.
