Senior Employer Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Employer Creative Designer to shape the visual identity of our organization across internal and external touchpoints. You will lead the creation and maintenance of cohesive design systems that support employer branding, campaigns, and digital assets. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects, ensuring consistency with brand and employer identity guidelines.
• Build and manage scalable design systems and art guides for all visual communication materials.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, employer branding campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communication channels.
• Ensure correct implementation of design standards across templates, layouts, and production‑ready assets.
• Design and support corporate branding materials such as merchandise, event booths, and photo zones.
• Analyze creative workflows and propose optimisation opportunities to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the design process.
• Contribute new design solutions for existing and upcoming projects across multiple business areas.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Proven experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, branding assets, and merchandise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
