Senior Financial Controller (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join a dynamic finance team. The role combines strategic analysis, reporting, and investment controlling while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for leadership and board members.
• Conduct in‑depth analyses of profit & loss, balance sheet, working capital and cash flow.
• Support annual business planning and create accurate forecasts for management presentations.
• Manage group‑wide investment controlling and improve end‑to‑end investment processes.
• Develop and optimise controlling processes and systems with a focus on digitalisation.
• Act as a key business partner, collaborating with operational controlling teams and executive management.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Health Management or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and/or auditing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present financial data to varied audiences.
• High level of initiative, teamwork and excellent communication skills.
