Senior Full Stack Engineer – Agentic Workflows

About the role

RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics and needs a senior full‑stack engineer to create the agentic workflows that power its solution delivery pipeline. You will design, implement, and operate systems that turn customer requirements into robot deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and run agentic workflows for requirements review, automated checks, risk detection, and knowledge‑base integration.
• Create reusable components, tool‑integration patterns, and manage identity, secret, and authentication services.
• Own end‑to‑end quality: evaluation design, production monitoring, observability, cost control, guardrails, and security.
• Develop human‑in‑the‑loop processes that feed corrections back into prompts, evaluations, and components.

Required profile

• Several years of software engineering experience with ability to take ambiguous ideas to production‑ready systems.
• Proven track record shipping LLM‑powered or agentic systems used by real users, including tool calling and multi‑step workflows.
• Strong context and prompt engineering skills, treating prompts as versioned, testable artifacts.
• Enjoy working closely with non‑engineering teams to understand processes and automate them.
