Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end‑to‑end feature delivery in a remote‑first, high‑growth team building an AI‑powered German language phone assistant for European businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from ideation through architecture, implementation, and release.
• Engage with customers, partners, and Sales to surface real pain points.
• Lead product discovery with hypotheses and quick experiments.
• Instrument metrics to enable data‑driven decisions in your area.
• Build pragmatic, scalable software balancing value and maintainability.
• Prefer asynchronous communication and ship with minimal meetings.
• Work remotely with CET overlap or from a partner office as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack engineering delivering end‑to‑end web features.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React; LLM integration a plus.
• Native German proficiency with fluent English for team collaboration.
• Product‑minded with ability to measure success by customer value and outcomes.
• Experience with product discovery, forming hypotheses, and rapid validation.
• Comfort owning tracking, analytics, and data to support product decisions.
• Background in high‑growth startup environments and familiarity with GDPR/EU AI considerations.

What we offer

• Salary range: 80,000‑120,000 EUR per year.
