Senior Global Integrated B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end marketing direction of its strategic B2B unit, Wolt for Work. You will translate business objectives into a cohesive, global integrated marketing strategy that drives awareness, adoption and revenue across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global integrated marketing roadmap aligned with product, sales and regional priorities.
• Partner with product, commercial and local teams to turn business goals into 360‑degree go‑to‑market plans.
• Coordinate product marketing, content, paid media, lifecycle, events, brand, creative and PR into unified campaigns while each function executes its part.
• Own selected global and market‑level initiatives from problem definition through delivery and impact measurement.
• Set clear priorities, make trade‑offs and focus on the highest‑impact opportunities.
• Shape the market narrative, including brand positioning, key messages and external storytelling.
• Define, track and report on success metrics across awareness, adoption and revenue, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage allocated campaign budgets with accountability for ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integrated B2B marketing programs at a senior level.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence product and commercial leaders without direct authority.
• Excellent judgment, ability to ask tough questions and challenge assumptions.
• Track record of delivering measurable growth through coordinated multi‑channel campaigns.
