Senior Management Consultant – Remote (up to $120/hr)

About the role

Mercor is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis. You will help improve client deliverables by reviewing and creating high‑quality consulting artifacts such as slide decks, executive memos, market sizing analyses, and operating‑model spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing strategy slides, memos, and spreadsheets and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
• Create original consulting artifacts, including case decks, executive memos, market sizing models, and operating‑model spreadsheets.
• Annotate and comment on artifacts to enhance structure, narrative flow, and visual presentation.
• Apply management‑consulting best practices to ensure realistic, professional‑grade outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, delivering consistent, high‑quality work on a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting (MBB, Big‑4 strategy, boutique strategy, or in‑house corporate strategy).
• Strong storytelling ability in slide presentations and rigorous analytical skills in spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
• Self‑directed and able to meet deadlines on a flexible, remote schedule.
