Senior Project Manager (German-speaking) - Railway Engineering

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and execute demanding railway engineering and construction projects autonomously from inception to completion.
• Manage the full construction lifecycle, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met.
• Oversee and control subcontractor services to maintain high standards of delivery.
• Supervise and develop site personnel, including deployment planning, motivation, and professional qualification advancement.
• Guarantee strict adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and budget constraints across all project phases.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering or construction projects, preferably in the railway or infrastructure sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing multidisciplinary site teams.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Fluency in German is mandatory to coordinate with local stakeholders and teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and schedule management.
