Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering complex technical solutions, ensuring profitability, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching and managing team members.
• Maintain a communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, forecast capacity, and drive project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Based in Europe.
