Site Administrator

About the role

John Paul Construction is seeking a Site Administrator to support its Frankfurt project. The role provides essential administrative assistance to the Contracts Manager and the wider project team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations on site.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake and coordinate all site administration duties, supporting the Contracts Manager.
• Manage, track and record general site correspondence using company databases.
• Administer labour, plant, material records and returns.
• Assist the Health and Safety team with documentation and record‑keeping.
• Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager and project team to ensure information flow.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within construction.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office and database applications.

Required skills

• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Database management and data entry.
