Site Manager

About the role

Eosol Group is looking for a motivated Site Manager to lead the modification of an existing substation. The role combines civil and electrical engineering responsibilities within a renewable‑energy project, ensuring safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all site activities related to the substation modification, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Oversee civil works such as site preparation, foundation construction and structural installations.
• Manage electrical installation and commissioning, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies on site.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor progress, report key performance indicators and address deviations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Control site resources including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure all permits and documentation are current and complete.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the substation sector.
• Proven experience managing both civil and electrical aspects of substation projects.
• Strong understanding of substation design, construction and commissioning processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
