About the role
Join a global leader in in-house agency solutions and drive the digital presence of the Doves brand. As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will be at the heart of our creative ecosystem, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to engage audiences and build a thriving online community.
Main Missions
- Content Strategy & Management: Plan, coordinate, and publish high-quality content following the editorial calendar, ensuring full accessibility and alignment with creative teams.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage social media channels through moderation, proactive engagement, and reactive posting to foster a loyal community.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth) and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to propose innovative formats and maximize organic reach.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creators and brand teams to ensure all content meets brand standards and platform best practices.
Profile sought
- Proven experience in social media management and community building.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for digital trends and emerging formats.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven agency environment.
