Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

As a Social Media & Community Manager at Oviva, you will be the bridge between our content creators, clinical nutritionists, and the patient community. You will own the creation and distribution of health‑focused content while keeping the brand at the forefront of digital trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑channel strategy that balances educational health content with viral potential.
• Produce on‑camera videos, interview experts, and explain app features to the community.
• Monitor platform algorithms, viral sounds, and trends, briefing the team proactively.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimise the strategy.
• Foster a safe online environment for patients and organise offline events for the most engaged members.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into polished content quickly.
• Deep understanding of UGC marketing, hook structures, and platform culture, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Independent strategist who can identify and implement opportunities without detailed briefs.
• Empathetic communicator able to discuss sensitive health topics with care and inclusivity.
• Proven experience building high‑reach channels and fluency in German (native) and English (business level).

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile editing tools such as CapCut.
• Expertise in TikTok and Instagram platform dynamics.
• Experience in user‑generated content (UGC) marketing.
