Join a high-end Berlin-based slow fashion brand at the intersection of couture and wearable art. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our radical craftsmanship—crochet, knitting, and hand-sewing—to life through captivating digital storytelling.

Missions principales

• Content Production: Transform raw behind-the-scenes footage, atelier processes, and finished pieces into high-impact Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate the soul of the atelier (materials, textures, and artisanal steps) into a consistent and aesthetic visual language.
• Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strategic content calendar across Instagram and TikTok.
• Growth & Strategy: Use existing dashboards and tools to plan, schedule, and monitor performance, while actively contributing new ideas to evolve our brand strategy.
• On-site Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Operations in our Berlin atelier to capture real-time creative moments.

• A creative storyteller with a keen eye for aesthetics, fashion, and artisanal details.
• Proactive mindset: you don't just follow a plan, you help shape it.
• Ability to work on-site in our Berlin atelier within a small, fast-growing production team.
• Passion for slow fashion, sustainability, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Competences requises

• Expertise in mobile video editing (CapCut, Reels, TikTok editor).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends.
• Visual content creation (photography and short-form video).
• Social media scheduling and analytics tools.
