Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

Join Toloka AI’s new Management Consulting domain to translate real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios that help train and evaluate large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Break down projects into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable scalable LLM‑based assessment.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the consulting content aligns with model training pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort with uncertainty and defending recommendations in complex settings.
