Supply Chain Director

About the role

Based in Sevenum, near Venlo, you will lead the end‑to‑end demand and supply planning for Redcare Pharmacy’s European operations. You will ensure that products are available at the right time and place across multiple warehouses and sales channels, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning, delivering accurate forecasts and optimal inventory levels.
• Minimise out‑of‑stock risks, improve stock rotation and manage forced purchases.
• Implement and continuously improve data‑driven forecasting processes.
• Manage supplier relationships to secure continuity and mitigate risks.
• Lead a team of 5 direct and ~35 indirect reports, fostering capability building and high performance.
• Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Procurement, Logistics and Pharma Operations.
• Engage senior leadership to align planning strategies and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting or inventory management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret planning and inventory data.
• Proven leadership experience managing direct and indirect teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
