About the role

The SVP Head of HR Business Partnering is a strategic leadership position responsible for positioning HR Business Partnering as a core driver of business value. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role leads a global team of HR Business Partners and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating strategy into actionable people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development and workforce planning.
• Translate business priorities into an integrated people agenda that supports transformation and long‑term growth.
• Identify capability gaps and develop solutions to strengthen leadership pipelines and critical skills.
• Lead, coach and develop a global HR Business Partner team, establishing standards for impact and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Shape and continuously evolve the HR Business Partnering operating model across regions and functions.
• Collaborate with Talent, Rewards and Employee Experience teams to align HR programs with business strategy.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in HR Business Partnering or a comparable strategic HR function.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior executives on organizational and talent matters.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing global HRBP teams.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, leadership development and capability building.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional HR Centers of Excellence.
