Technical Sales Manager – Power Distribution (Germany)

About the role
Daqo Group is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the German market to drive sales of medium‑ and low‑voltage power distribution solutions across data centers, renewable energy, BESS, and substation projects. Reporting to the Country Manager Germany, you will build customer relationships, develop pipelines, and convert opportunities into orders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with utilities, DSOs, EPCs, system integrators, and key industrial or data‑center customers.
- Identify, qualify and track new sales opportunities and project pipelines in Germany.
- Promote Daqo’s MV/LV power distribution products and project capabilities in customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
- Lead commercial negotiations, coordinate RFQs, tenders and proposals together with the Solutions Manager.
- Maintain sales forecasts, opportunity tracking and reporting to the Country Manager.
- Support contract discussions, order hand‑over and coordination with HQ and factories.
- Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity and pricing trends.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in power distribution, electrical systems or energy infrastructure.
- Proven track record selling to German utilities, DSOs, EPCs, system integrators or industrial customers.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Based in Germany or willing to relocate.
- Self‑driven, customer‑focused and comfortable working in an international, cross‑functional environment.
