Technical Support Engineer

About the role

HINEN is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its energy storage team. You will be responsible for monitoring battery storage sites, providing both remote and on‑site assistance, and ensuring customers receive timely, high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor battery storage installations and deliver remote and on‑site technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using proprietary software and remote diagnostic tools.
• Respond to support tickets, document interactions, and keep customers informed about repairs, warranty claims, and software updates.
• Collect and analyse operational data, assist in report preparation, and coordinate system updates with software teams.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on energy storage systems.
• Collaborate with customers during road shows, product introductions, and European exhibitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the employer.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid troubleshooting abilities.
