Training Content & Instructional Design Intern

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI startup to help scale world‑class health, safety and environment (HSE) trainings. Working closely with the Chief Learning Officer and Learning Experience Designer, you will bridge pedagogy and AI to deliver high‑quality learning experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Review scripts and modules for accuracy, clarity, pacing and pedagogical soundness.
• Transform dense sustainability, safety and compliance content into engaging learning modules.
• Identify gaps in AI‑generated content (accuracy, pacing, clarity, engagement) and propose fixes.
• Incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve trainings.
• Build trainings on the company platform, test new AI features and relay feedback to the CTO.
• Support creation of AI‑powered videos and animations.
• Help automate training production to increase speed.
• Create industry‑specific demos for sales calls and participate in client workshops to understand their challenges.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for generative AI and regular use of AI tools.
• Hands‑on experience in writing, editing, instructional design or training material, with examples you can share.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfecting learning experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
