Travel Agent – Operations & Itinerary Planning (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our remote operations team. Based in Germany, you will support the creation and management of luxury travel programs across Switzerland, ensuring all data is accurate and ready for execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and structure travel itineraries for Swiss destinations.
• Enter and maintain travel data in our internal system (EZUS / TripCreator).
• Verify and update supplier information, including hotels, activities, and partners.
• Upload and organise hotel images, room categories and pricing.
• Assist with pricing of hotels, activities and other travel suppliers.
• Support partner communication and operational coordination.
• Handle email and administrative travel‑operations tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Travel Agent, Tour Operator or in travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of Switzerland’s geography, regions and key attractions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Reliable internet connection and remote‑work setup.
• Willingness to submit a short introduction video in English.

Required skills

• Experience with travel itinerary planning and product creation.
• Familiarity with travel booking or CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in using EZUS, TripCreator and Zoho.

• Monthly salary €2,800 – €3,400 gross, based on experience.
