Veeva RIM Consultant (Freelance, Berlin/Düsseldorf)

About the role

Senovo IT is seeking an experienced Veeva RIM Consultant on a freelance basis to support regulatory information management projects in the Berlin and Düsseldorf/Cologne area. The role focuses on configuring and developing Veeva RIM solutions that meet strict GxP and regulatory compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop Veeva RIM modules in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with GxP standards and internal quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI and automation technologies into Veeva workflows.
• Evaluate technical decisions and provide constructive challenges to improve solution design.
• Document configurations, customizations, and validation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Veeva RIM configuration and development.
• Strong background in GxP environments and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies applied to life‑science IT systems.
• Ability to critically assess technical choices and suggest improvements.
• Fluent English communication skills; German is not required.
