Video Editor – Midweight/Senior (All Genders)

About the role

Stark is seeking a Midweight/Senior Video Editor to join its in‑house film team in Munich. Working closely with the Visual Content Manager and Head of Design & Brand, you will shape the visual narrative of autonomous defence systems through cinematic mini‑docs, product reveals, field‑test recaps and technical breakdowns.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end edit process from ingest to final delivery for high‑end campaigns, technical deep‑dives and social media assets.
• Maintain clean media management practices, logging, organizing and backing up raw footage from field tests, shoots and demos.
• Craft compelling stories that translate complex hardware and autonomous system concepts into clear video narratives.
• Lead documentary‑style edits highlighting field testing, technology development and real‑world operations.
• Perform professional color grading and immersive sound design to give each project a refined finish.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of documentary and product video work.
• Midweight to senior level experience in post‑production for technical or brand storytelling.
