Water Aerobics Group Fitness Instructor – MWF 9AM

About the role

GYMGUYZ is seeking an energetic Water Aerobics Group Fitness Instructor to lead three weekly classes (Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9 AM) at an outdoor heated pool in Sun City West. The role starts on May 25 and offers a dynamic environment where you can design fresh, science‑based workouts for a 55+ audience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage water aerobics classes of approximately five participants per session.
• Design and deliver customized, innovative group fitness routines that align with the GYMGUYZ brand standards.
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring participants and responding to questions or concerns during class.
• Ensure punctuality, accuracy, and high‑quality delivery for each session.

Required profile

• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of experience teaching group fitness classes (preferred).
• Group Instructor Certification and experience with a 55+ audience (preferred).
• Strong vocal projection to direct an outdoor class.
